The holidays are finally here! It's time to finally use some of those PTO days that have accumulated from the year and put them to good use. Might as well use all of them up before the end of the year and your boss claims that they "don't roll over."

It's important to always focus on maintaining work-life balance and truly detach from work, in every possible way. No checking emails, no conference call meetings, nothing. Your PTO days are given to you for a reason each year - use them wisely and for their main reason: To get paid NOT to work. What could be better than that!?
